This processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures according to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. This data is retained for six years after project completion in accordance with German commercial law (§257 HGB).

3.2 Invoicing and Tax Compliance

For invoicing purposes, I process your name, billing address, tax identification number where applicable, and payment information. This processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, specifically German tax law. Invoice data and related tax documents are retained for ten years as required by §147 AO (German Tax Code).

3.3 Website Hosting

This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin. STRATO processes IP addresses and access times in server logs for the technical provision of the website. This processing is based on my legitimate interest in website security and functionality under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server logs are automatically deleted after seven days. A data processing agreement according to Article 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO.

Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze website usage patterns. IP anonymization is enabled via ga('set', 'anonymizeIp', true) to comply with Hamburg DPA guidance on IP processing.
